  Was handed a hot cup of coffee with broken lid on several occasions. In December , the coffee spilled all over my car seat and floor . Tried to resolve this with McDonald’s corporate to pay for cleaning , with no response from them. Will now be heading to small claims court. Edit: I will not fill out any other form. There is an existing case already.

  I am writing this review at 2:46 AM. I had ordered food from door dash at 12:00 AM, and am still waiting on the food. My dasher has made it a mere few spots in line, and has been waiting in the drive-through for over an hour and a half. Without a doubt my worst experience with fast food.

  This McDonald's is not good at all food was cold they forgot to put my daughters happy meal in the order but they put the chocolate milk that she ordered with her happy meal.. This is the only McDonald's that I have ever had a issue with .. The food was not put together right at all there was no mayo or ketchup on my burger like I ordered the patties were very dry the lettuce was all over the bum on the outside .. If I could have I would have gave no stars at all..

  #DRYBAGELS Never follows instructions. I order extra breakfast sauce on my bagel every morning and have yet to get what I pay for. Waste of time and money. Time to find a new McDonald’s for my early morning breakfast.

  Just went here today with my grandkids. Ordered on my phone at 12:48 and my wife ordered on her phone at 12:44. Showed up at 1:00 expecting the food to be ready but no way. No one at the counter but 2 other customers waiting for their food who ordered before me, and a guy waiting for a soda refill. Waited a couple minutes and I yelled into the back room if there was anyone working the counter. Everyone in the back I could see, 3 people, looked at me but no one came. A couple minutes later a woman came out and I gave her my name for the mobile order and also told her about the gentleman waiting for his soda refill. She said she would check. A couple minutes later she brought out an order for one of the other waiting customers, and a couple minutes later brought out the order for the other waiting customers. Not my orders and no refill the the other guy. Couple minutes later, it is now 1:20, she brings out ONE of my orders and I ask about the other and I remind her of the other order I'm still waiting for, and remind her about the guy waiting for a refill, which she goes and refills. Soon after she tell me she has no record of the other order so I show it to her on my phone, granted it was a free 6 piece nuggets meal paid with app points, but still an order. I waited maybe 10 minutes and she never came back and I finally just gave up and left without the other order. On the order I did receive they didn't include any of the sauces requested! WORST McDonalds SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY 73 YEARS. IF I COULD RATE LESS THAN ONE STAR I WOULD. I WILL NEVER ENTER ANOTHER MCDONALDS BECAUSE OF IT.
