The employee who assisted me seemed visibly annoyed and was rolling her eyes while I was picking up my order, which made the interaction uncomfortable. I’m not sure what caused the frustration, but as a customer it didn’t feel welcoming or professional especially when I’m sooooo nice to anyone in the restaurant scene.

The thing that put me over the edge is that I ordered a decaf (for health reasons) iced coffee and I ordered it on the app and clicked walked in. Thank god I walked in because I watched her make it and she was about to put regular coffee and when I corrected her, she seemed shocked and then said “oh sorry we don’t have decaf right now.” I have ended up in the hospital because I drank regular coffee, and their complete disrespect for details is appalling. Will never go again.
