My friend and I dined here on January 8th around 6:30 PM. We both ordered bowls with similar ingredients, including steak, guacamole, shredded cheese, and queso. Unfortunately, later that evening I experienced food poisoning. My friend began feeling ill the following day, Friday, in the late morning.
We have always enjoyed Chipotle and have been loyal customers, but this experience has occurred one too many times, and it has made us reconsider returning. Additionally, I ordered a large bag of chips to share, and they were burnt and stale.
Overall, we are very disappointed with this visit and the quality of food we received.

This is the worst chipotle. I live a half mile away.. given it so many chances. Portions are small, they’re often out of key things, they don’t care to make the vinaigrette sauce they’ll tell you the blender is down. This company has lost 50$ a week at minimum just from me alone, I’d get it everyday. Even with the convenience I’m forced to go elsewhere due to how horrible it is. Every time I try again thinking maybe management has changed, I regret it. Today was the last time

The food was cold. It wasn’t wrapped at all it was falling apart while we were eating it. we got two burritos. Will never go back. Our food was thrown in a bag. our bag was ripped. I don’t understand how this could be so disappointing. Chips were stale and very salty. I want my money back.

Drive through is always terrible. Food is always very poor quality in terms of preparation and tastes gross. Also, the chips are always burnt. Really a waste of money every time. After this last time though, I have learned my lesson. Would rather throw $35 out my car window and go to bed for dinner

Absolutely worst Chipotle drive through ever. The girl in the window is the worst I've ever seen. She comes to the window doesn't say anything so say "picking up a mobile order" she just stares back then with a shitty attitude says "for who". I give her the name and after waiting 10 minutes to get my mobile order tells me to loop back around so she can get the car behind. Why would I get back in the long line I just waited in for 10 minutes. Then to top it off my girl has to go inside which took another 10 minutes. So now we get home that and the quesidilla is missing the sauce that it comes with and the chicken bowl has less than 2 oz of chicken.Management needs look into their employees here and should get rid of a few.
