  I love Charley’s but this location is a no. The employee asked if I had been helped I said no, then takes drive through orders. Comes back and helps someone else. Then makes food. When I asked if I was going to be helped, the owner looks confused. The employee then says hold on and goes back to the drive thru. I’m good on food here for a while.

  20 years eating this chain, and I never knew you could have such a dry sandwich from here. The cashier messed up the order, had to go back in and have two out of four sandwiches entirely remade. The cashier also couldn’t keep her fingers out of her mouth, so gross. It was like she was listening in slow motion, too distracted by her delicious fingers. Apparently if you order a Philly here, they automatically give you a CHICKEN Philly. When you go in to have your sandwiches remade the manager will argue with you for five minutes about the difference between a Philly and a CHICKEN Philly. Because even tho you ordered phillys, they’ll give you chicken Phillys, and then act like it’s your fault. Definitely won’t be back to this location.
