Edit: The manager reached out to correct the problem and have offered a solution that I was content with.

She brought out a warm fresh loaf of bread and a plate of seasoned olive oil . We both got the Italian salad with creamy parm dressing , the salads came on a cold plate with a nice serving of mixed greens / add ons , well done and tasty . We both ordered off the dinner menu , I got the Fettuccine Carrabba and my girlfriend got the Linguine Pastaino . Both servings were huge and very tasty . Overall a very good lunch with great service .

He was composed and offered every patron the same exceptional service. A homeless looking woman came in to eat and everyone was so nice and treated her the same. It was nice to see that she wasn’t judged for her appearance. I will definitely be back.
- JLJoyce LenzJan 3, 20265.0After a bad experience (waitress with a bad attitude) we tried Carrabba's again. This was the Carrabba's we know and enjoy. Our waitress Lauren was knowledgeable and very pleasant, our food delicious and once again a very nice experience. Unfortunately the fryer was down and they were not able to serve any fried foods. The booth behind us was very upset about that. It seemed to be an ongoing issue that the company is not getting fixed. It's sad the restaurant is loosing sales due to malfunctioning equipment.
