- JNJanet NorthrupDec 6, 20251.0I was in the drive through at 10:05 am. The store was supposed to open at 10:00 am . A young man said they are not open yet. I said I thought you opened at 10:00. He said we do but we are not open yet. I asked when they are opening. He said in about ten to 15 minutes I did not know staff got to choose when the store was open. I wasted my time going to this store. I then went to the Van Dyke store and I got a classic roast beef sandwich. The bun was stale and hard. You can do better Arbys!

They charged $8.69 for this. Also ordered 2 roast beef sandwich and the buns were stale. Just a reminder why we haven’t been here in a while and why we won’t be back.
- MPMike POct 28, 20251.0My turkey sandwich had 2 slices of turkey on it, made very sloppy. When o get it on 23 mile it’s neat and sliced in half. The cook needs a class in food presentation because my husbands steaks bites were dried out and his gobbler was dry. When the guy brought the bag with our food to the cashier he just dropped it on the countertop. I was on my way to an event so no time to turn around just tossed out everything except fries and drinks when we reached our destination. Very disappointed

You are in a plaza with a dying Kroger and have had a vacant lot next to you for years. If you have any interest in keeping your jobs and this location open, you might want to get your stuff together.
