  Employees need to learn how to speak to people, and been coming to arbys as well as worked for them, don’t lie to my face at the window. Second time I’ve had issues with these people, at least the first time the manager made up for the 35 minute wait by giving me a free sandwich card. I’ll just go to a different arbys lol

  I came for a rust beef cheese sticks and a drink I've never even waited this long for ribs and there was one person in front of me that said she was here for 20 mins I've been here 15 already they have a full staff and nobody is doing anything and when someone does you can obviously see they don't want to do shit I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS STORE AND I WILL NAME IT VERY CLEAR TO ANYONE I KNOW TO AVOID GOING TO THIS STORE the food tasted like it was done the whole 25 mins I had to wait anyway this place is trash

  Always look forward to lent, Stopped in for a Fish sandwich and was quite disappointed I mean just look cheese it's hard 2 different colors 😒 🤔 To owner thanks tried again but really this time this cheese is so wrong I tried but just a waste of my time and money ✌️

  Ordered a shake. Sat here 30 minutes for them to tell me the machine is broken. Worse than McDonald's. Worse management than before.
