  Terrible experience. The service was awful. We ordered to dine in, but everything was packed to go without asking us. One of the chairs was broken, the place was very dirty, and there was a bad smell inside. Many sauces were unavailable. The staff was not customer-oriented at all and showed no interest in helping or fixing the issues. Definitely not coming back and would not recommend this location.

  I stood in lobby about 12:40pm on 12/09/25 and listened to the staff talk bad about people. Two employees looked right at me and ignored me. I saw the manager come around the corner look at me and go back where she came from. I never eat fast food but because I was hungry and no time I figured this would be the healthiest choice of the local options. After seeing the behavior and racist remarks towards whites I choose to go to Mc Donald's. I wasnt going to leave a review on this issue but after getting to work and discussing what my experience was with others... I heard similar stories. I bet this particular store sales are down compared to other local competitors.

  The service here is consistently terrible. Bad attitudes, move like they are on vacation (currently waiting for my food 10+ minutes no one else here or in drive thru, 4pm watching my food get cold), not enough workers and the ones they have couldn’t care less. Edit: After getting the food home, a 3 minute drive away, the fries were so cold they couldn’t have been made in the last hour, the bun was stale and about a third of the usually pink roast beef is sickening shade of grey/green.

  Can't see large vans in the drive thru line. Have to walk inside to get service.
