  I hope the owner and store manager know they have bad employees, it said on my receipt my host was Mary and the girl who checked me out was being rude to a boy who came up and ask for a lid and water cups , as he only asked once and wasn’t being rude at all and she rudely told him to be patient and needs to wait , I told her I work in customer service aswell and she could be nicer , she told me to have a nice night , I work in fast food rude people , all kinds of people come in and I have the same attitude, be nice and respectful not hard at all, the heavy set brunette who gave my family problems before , she said her name was Miranda and I’ve seen other reviews and she’s a manager! And not a good one and she’s teaching her other employees that it’s okay to act that way as the girl who checked me out smiled when Miranda was talking to a customer about another customer and put up her middle finger towards the customers she just spoke with as they walked away with their backs turned , I’m still a teenager and these people seem older then me and it’s so disappointing, I know my workplace doesn’t run like this and this one shouldn’t either. My food was good but the customer service is what makes it a good meal too.

  Foods always good, everyone on the line was nice EXCEPT the brunette heavy set girl (not sure how else to explain her 🤷🏻‍♀️). She was quite snarky.

  This location is very inconsistent. Sometimes the bowl is loaded up and sometimes you hardly get anything. The often forget things too so check before you leave. I’ve gotten wrong orders and things missing multiple times. Steak is usually chewy. I’m sick of tipping when they are inconsistent and don’t get things right.

  I went to Chipotle yesterday (3/19/26). Caleb made my bowl, and everything was great up to that point. When I got to the register to pay with the manager, I asked for a side tortilla, but she accidentally gave me a side of steak instead. I understand mistakes happen, so that part didn’t bother me—but I noticed I was charged for the steak. I asked for a refund and gave the steak back. She threw it in the trash, then disappeared for about five minutes before finally coming back to process the refund. Overall, not the best experience, especially from a manager. Everyone else there was great though.

  The two stars are strictly for the other employees who appear to be doing their best under very difficult management. Unfortunately, the experience at this location continues to be negatively impacted by the store manager, Miranda (a heavier-set woman who identified herself as the manager). Over multiple visits within the past year, Amanda has repeatedly added items and charges to transactions that were not part of our order. This has happened not only to me, but to several friends and family members as well. Each time the issue is brought to her attention, she responds by dismissing the concern, attempting to make the customer feel mistaken, and then inventing different explanations or “policies” for the charges depending on the situation. What is particularly concerning is the lack of consistency in her explanations and refund process. The reasoning and policies seem to change from one transaction to the next, which raises serious questions about how transactions are being handled at this location. The rest of the staff appear to be polite and hardworking, and it’s clear they are trying to do their jobs despite the environment. However, the management behavior creates an uncomfortable and frustrating experience for customers. Given the repeated nature of these incidents over the past year, I strongly believe this situation warrants review by higher management or corporate to ensure transactions are being handled appropriately and customers are being treated with professionalism.
