  If you’re ever thinking of eating inside, don’t! While I don’t have complaints about the food, that’s only half of the experience. It’s clear management doesn't care about the restaurant's cleanliness. Before you even walk in, there is litter all over the parking lot and patio. Every time I've come inside to order, it only takes me two seconds to lose my appetite. The tables are never clean (last time I ate inside, we had to wipe the table down ourselves), there's always dried-up soda or old food on the floor, and the self-serve area is always a mess. I could keep going!! Next time you stop inside, look around for a second 😖A restaurant is a reflection of management, and clearly, someone needs to be talked too about this.

  My experience went great until the staff thought it shouldn't. First, I asked for a refund so my roommate could pay for both our orders because he was offering, however Ahmed got frustrated and said, "I don't have time for this." and then after 5 min it was finally figured out. We paid and as we left the manager, Deidre, became upset and chased us out accusing us of stealing and racially profiling my friend. It wasn't until after she followed us outside and took pictures of my vehicle that she explained what was going on. I told her I thought it was on my friend's bill and he paid for it. Didn't apologize or anything for the commotion and how it made everything look, and she refused to delete the photos of us from her phone. She did say, "Have a nice day." unconvincingly. After I said it will be pretty hard to try she went on another tirade on her way back inside and cussed us out.

  I mean, I pay $26 in total for a DoorDash (Yes, I checked and it’s this location). I get my bowl, seems like thrown around. If you call these sufficient portions, that’s poor quantity and quality I’m given as a customer. And like no guac, what a joke, almost $4.00 on DoorDash for nothing. It’s food and all, but don’t advertise freshness if you can’t promise it. Like I’m expecting the comment below this, please contact so and so at this email, because whosever in charge of the store… get it together, and make maybe online food delivery the most appetizing you can, not looking like its grabbed out of a dumpster. For a multi million dollar cooperation charging a decent amount for a bowl, very poor. Yeah it’s whatever employee prepared it, but they did “an over the top job” with my bowl. I’m expecting someone to reach out to this feedback and review because this is not acceptable. Wish there were 0 stars.

  Haven't been to this store in quite sometime. Pleasantly surprised! Everything was stocked, and the relatively short line moved quickly. I'll be back.

  I had to leave a 5 star review. The service and kindness I received after placing a pick up order at the wrong store was truly sweet and made my day. I was so hungry and this chipotle’s employees made my day. Thank you again, I wish I got your name!
