  Waited at the drive-thru speaker for about 5 minutes and didn't hear anyone to take my order. I saw people in the window that were working looks like they were just kind of standing around not cleaning so I thought they were open. This was 8:50 p.m. on a Saturday and it says they're open till 10:00 p.m. so after trying to say hello a few times I just left.

  Quick and efficient service here and the food was quite tasty. An Arby's meal is always been a good value choice

  I'm not sure what is wrong with this location. I try to go here, because it's literally the closest fast food restaurant to my house. However every time I come to this location I regret it. I went here for dinner for my family, I should have known better. The fries hard, cold, they tasted rancid. I ordered curly fries. Half of the fries were crinkle cut. I didn't know they had those. I ordered a bacon burger. No bacon. The sandwich was cold. For some reason there was literally 100 sauce packets on the bottom of my bag. as well as the staff seeming angry that I was there. It was 730. I ordered on the app. Because I have gone there at 730pm before. And they tell me they are closed. I will never return to this location again. I tried to get a refund from corporate, since I used the app and I haven't heard from them.

  This location needs to get it together.. First and 3rd time i tried to come here noone would answer the drive through box so i just left. 2nd visit had no crinkle fries. Then today.. i ordered a dble rb meal. And mozza sticks. My mozza sticks still frozen inside. So i pulled back through and got new ones. Went home to discover i got a regular beef n cheddar.. Also the fried needed about 30 more seconds. I asked for arby sauce and ketchup.. got home to arbys sauce and horsey saunce NO ketchup.. So 4 attempts at this new store.. and NONE were successful.. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING. $17.00 on fast food and it was crap.. I should have paid 15 and got reataurant food.

  Possibly worst ran establishment in the world. Place always claims to be closed by 5 pm while workers are just standing around. Never able to get food but I bet it would be just as awful as the service. I’d fire every employee or offer them $3 a hour for doing nothing but babysitting a building.
