I placed a delivery order and the driver was awesome however he forgot my 2 liter drink. With it being almost closing time, I decided to call and see I could just be refunded for it or if the driver could bring it back at all. I called and let the manager named Tom know that I didn’t get my drink. Before I could say anything else he was instantly was super rude saying “Yeah it’s gonna be a while before he comes back there and I gotta go” and hung up on me. I was in disbelief to see such poor customer service!! Ended up going in to pick up my drink instead of waiting since I wasn’t given an approximate time frame on how long it would be and asked the guy inside if it was him that was just rude to me on the phone. He says “Yeah I don’t have time to talk, I’ve got 15 pizzas to make”. -0/10 don’t recommend, I won’t be back to this location!!!
