Frustrated that everytime I come here at dinner time- they are completely out of soup or down to their last bowl and refuse to make more. At 6pm - you'd expect people to want soup with their dinner and you'd think they'd plan ahead by making more. Nope - they refuse. And stand there and stare at you when you ask- no apologies, nothing... Poor planning, poor management. I was glad to see Jimmy John's come to town to give them some competition. Came in at 6pm and we are the only ones here- it used to be much busier before JJ came. You'd think they would up their game to do better against the competition- instead- they do even less and almost look like they're shutting down for the night... at prime dinner time- with 3 hours to go before closing...
I'd be thrilled if JJ started offering soup.

Normally I have nothing but good things to say about this Subway location, and I feel I should say I normally never have an issue and the food is always great. However tonight after a long day I stopped to get dinner, there was no one in the store except me (thinking great it will be quick) but no they started a 5 sub online order and had me just standing there waiting for 10 minutes. I could understand if they were busy and had to get these out but no one was there but me and there was 3 people working on these subs, 2 of them could have kept working and 1 could have worked on my 1 sub. I was so irritated being put on the back burner like that when I was a customer standing there to get food and was put off to do a huge online order…that should not have happened, every job I’ve ever had you put the customer in front of you first. Like I said normally no issues here but I am beyond upset by how this was handled and feel it should be addressed for future customers.
