  I think that the employees are very kind and the food is healthy but the only request I would have is that we could have raw onion, chopped up on our bowels. Thank you Great job!

  Just visited the new location on Harper in St. Clair Shores. I had never been to any QDOBA before. The surf & turf bowl was delicious but honestly the two young ladies waiting on me are the biggest reason I will return to this location. The food was good for sure, however if the service wasn’t good, I would have not planned a return visit. As it is, the service was TOP NOTCH and I will surely be returning!!

  Place is a mess especially at night, and if you order here make sure the workers wear gloves, noticed a young lady preparing food without them and decided to leave, also when I initially came in she was putting queso on a chip or tortilla with a spoon with her bare hands I can only assume it was for her self because she went to the back with the chip after she did it, regardless you shouldn’t be doing that with food for customers. There must not be a Manager there at nights because this place is out of order.

  I order from the app it's usually ready by the time I get there just as promised, food is pretty good, all the different types of salsa's are yummy and fresh. Meat is very light portion wise, especially on the taco salad I recently got. I don't usually ever complain about that because I don't like a ton of meat but theirs not a lot.

  I visit this Qdoba Mexican Eats location about once a week and always order the same thing. I’ve never had any issues before, but my experience tonight was so unpleasant that I ended up walking out without ordering anything. I came in on a Thursday around 7 PM and the restaurant wasn’t very busy. There were three employees working. Unfortunately, the employee helping me had one of the worst attitudes I’ve ever experienced in a restaurant. She was rude from the start and acted like every part of my order was a problem. I ordered the same simple kids nachos I get every time: steak and corn. My daughter doesn’t eat cheese, so I asked for it without cheese. Instead of just making the order, she repeatedly told me I “couldn’t do this” and “couldn’t do that,” and said she would have to charge me more for it. The other girl working said, yeah, she can do that. Then she placed only three small pieces of steak in another bowl. When I politely asked for a little more steak, she immediately said that would count as double steak and cost extra even though there were barely any pieces in the bowl to begin with compared to the first two bowls she put together. At that point, I decided to walk out. I understand policies and portion control, but there’s a way to communicate with customers respectfully. I’ve ordered the exact same thing here many times without issue, so the combination of the attitude and the way the order was handled was really disappointing. I hope management addresses the customer service at this location, because experiences like this can easily make regular customers choose to go somewhere else.
