  Brown rice was hard as a rock and chicken was burned when I brung it to the lady attention she tried to argue then I had another lady pull the pieces out and she was like why would he cool it and cut it and leave it in there like that lol my point exactly do better yall too new for that

  I visit this Qdoba Mexican Eats location about once a week and always order the same thing. I’ve never had any issues before, but my experience tonight was so unpleasant that I ended up walking out without ordering anything. I came in on a Thursday around 7 PM and the restaurant wasn’t very busy. There were three employees working. Unfortunately, the employee helping me had one of the worst attitudes I’ve ever experienced in a restaurant. She was rude from the start and acted like every part of my order was a problem. I ordered the same simple kids nachos I get every time: steak and corn. My daughter doesn’t eat cheese, so I asked for it without cheese. Instead of just making the order, she repeatedly told me I “couldn’t do this” and “couldn’t do that,” and said she would have to charge me more for it. The other girl working said, yeah, she can do that. Then she placed only three small pieces of steak in another bowl. When I politely asked for a little more steak, she immediately said that would count as double steak and cost extra even though there were barely any pieces in the bowl to begin with compared to the first two bowls she put together. At that point, I decided to walk out. I understand policies and portion control, but there’s a way to communicate with customers respectfully. I’ve ordered the exact same thing here many times without issue, so the combination of the attitude and the way the order was handled was really disappointing. I hope management addresses the customer service at this location, because experiences like this can easily make regular customers choose to go somewhere else.

  Tried this location today for the first time and the food was delicious, hot, and fresh. The man behind the counter was very nice and friendly. This is a few minutes out of the way of home but totally worth the drive.

  My husband and I went yo this new location last night to grab dinner and my husband ordered a burrito. And this thing was huge which is fine, but the person making it said the wrap split so she just gave us an extra tortilla to take home instead of re wrapping it. And when the cashier went to bag it he dropped it on the counter, it made a mess because it was split open and just proceeded to bag it up. I finally asked if they could please re wrap it since it was already everywhere! I asked for just chips and queso and their tortilla soup. Everything was a mess they slopped the queso in each container and the soup was all over and the sour cream she put on top was chunky?? All around not great and super messy and by the time I got home the food was already cold. Mind you it was only a 5 min drive home...It was not a great experience.

  Oh my goodness, my family and I just absolutely adored this place! The food was simply amazing, and our sweet server, Bri, was so lovely and incredibly helpful. I also truly appreciated how kind the manager, Kylie, was she was such a dear. It’s not every day you come across service like that! I would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone. It’s most definitely worth it!!
