  The rudest and most disrespectful night staff I think I’ve ever met, consistently. Short and aggressive when taking my order and the girl handing out food stuck her ungloved hand in my bag and TURNED MY BUGER SIDEWAYS IN FRONT OF ME. I’ll be coming back to order the smallest thing possible just to piss them off as often as possible

  Order 2 small shakes w/ no whipped cream get 2 half shakes & a fish sandwich with 1/2 slice of cheese ? Seriously ? Should’ve got 1/2 off on my bill !

  Cornisha was the manager when we called with a complaint!! When I came back to have it taken care of I was greeted with a warm smile and empathy and my replacement of food. Mc. Donald’s should be proud to have her as a manager because she was def on pointe!!!

  I am very aware that McDonald’s could care less what their customers think of them. But I’m gonna write this anyways. I sat in the drive-through for over seven minutes waiting for someone to take my order. There wasn’t a single Word spoken to me. I then saw the sign that said the hearing-impaired can pull around to the window. I am hearing impaired, so I pulled around. And was told that they’d already taken somebody else’s order so they couldn’t take mine. Well, how can you not help a hearing impaired person? I asked to speak to a Manager. There absolutely has to be a way you can take my order. Take the order at the front register walk it over to the window would be what I do when I was a manager at McDonald’s. You know, back when McDonald’s gave a crap about their customers.. I was told I needed to drive back and wait behind the now 10 cars in line. What a terrible terrible way to run a business… Reading the other reviews, this is an ongoing problem yet McDonald’s never does anything to . In hindsight, this is 100% my fault for thinking for a moment that it was ever going to be different. I’m gonna start voting with my $$$ and never ever come back. I already almost never come to McDonald’s anymore and they’re always sure to remind me why
