  The food is always great here but when I came in there was a man whose order was all messed up and had to wait longer than anticipated and they still made him pay. Then when I went up to the counter to order and pay the cashier couldn’t be bothered to get off her phone and kept scrolling TikTok’s. When it took a minute for my transaction to continue I looked over her phone and saw her scrolling the comment section instead of helping customers. Very poor customer service.

  Ordered a #16 which is a toasted sub. Did a pickup so wasn't there when they made it, it came untoasted and no Mayo. Gave them a courtesy call to let them know of the error and got blown off by the person who answered like it was my fault they didnt make it the way the menu lists it. Guess they were to busy talking and looking at their phone while they made it. Guess if I go back Ill have to be there when they make it to make sure they stick to the description on their online menu.

  I was driving down Harper and I saw this store the light was off I couldn't believe it I was like what is this man? The store is closed and it's like 926 pm like what gives man? Come on
