We ordered the Sicilian pizza sub.. Always had good food in the past.It was terrible. The meat was crispy.. Bun hard as a rock..And no pizza sauce..The delivery guy was very nice. I called and spoke to the manager because we couldn't eat it. Asked for a 50 percent refund. I told him nicely that we had to put in garbage.We won't ever go back..

Ordered food at 5:50 PM was told 20-30 minutes. OK that’s fine. I call at 6:50 and he says the delivery driver just left. He should be here in a few minutes. I call at 7:10 and he says the delivery driver couldn’t find me. And or I didn’t answer… since when do drivers not try and get ahold of you when their lost! Still waiting on food @ 7:25… my address is lite up and my door has been open. This is crazy service in 2025! Not a happy customer.

The last 2 or 3 orders have been made wrong. My husband pays extra for cheese on his sandwich and never gets it. They also never cut our sandwiches and they keep forgetting my peppers on the hot italian. There's also no answer when you call so no way to complain or rectify these issues. There's multiple locations near us so if this is a continued issue we can just switch to the next closest one.
