  When you walk in, most restaurants will greet you with "can I help you?" or " what would you like to order?". Not this one. The young black female behind the counter simply stands there and stares at you. Apparently she has a problem serving white people. She feels the gesture of "what can I get for you?" is beneath her and she resents having to say it to a white person. So she just stands there blank face waiting for you to speak. This is not the first time I've experienced this situation. This happened at two other restaurants (not Arbys) in Detroit , and the conditions were exactly the same. A black employee resenting white customers. They will not speak unless you initiate. Someone should explain to these people that the only reason they get a paycheck is because people like me come in there to do business.

  I’ve always had a great experience every time I’ve come here. Food is always on point. Hot and fresh. Customer service is always excellent! I hope it stays that way.

  Food was normal, but the service was very slow even at the drive thru with 3 cars in it. Could be a staffing issue but waited in line for over 20 minutes in the drive thru with 3 cars total in the line.

  the food tasted amazing, however i got sick, threw up. i ate around 9:30-10ish, after i ate my stomach was hurting, but thats more typical for my weird stomach. i went to sleep, woke up having worse stomach pain in the middle of the night. woke up in the morning, felt decent, took a shower, right after having the worst stomach pain, then ended up throwing up. like i said, food tasted fine, just didnt sit with me well. and i never used to be this way with arbys

  This place has been here for over 40+ years. It looks as though they have never upgraded it. It's old! Parking lot is average size. Food is still good!
