Tonight my husband and I went in for dinner after several months due to our last experience being horrible. We decided to sit at the bar and waited 15 minutes before we were approached. The bartender’s name was Angelina. There was no apology for the wait or introduction, (we know her name due to it being on the receipt) She looked at me and asked what I wanted to drink, while not acknowledging or looking at my husband a single time. Fifteen minutes later, she came back over and took the food order. After I placed my order, she started to walk away not acknowledging my husband again then we both said that he needs to order. No apology and took his order. Food came out in 25 minutes, not once did she come over and ask how the food was and if we needed anything else. Never asked my husband if he wanted a drink. The only time she ever really said anything is if we’re paying cash or card. We didn’t even get a have a nice day. This is our second worst experience here, and we are never coming back.

Its been a while since visiting Outback but Im glad we did. All the food came out exactly as anticipated and considering how expensive it can be to dine out, its important. The hosts were two young men, one of them said their name as they dropped menus and I wish I paid better attention. I dont think in all my years of dining out or even running restaurants for 2 decades that Ive ever had a host introduce himself/herself so that stood out. Really nice young kid. Handled the front like a pro. He was the taller one of the two but both nice. Adrien was our server and he was excellent. Suggestive selling, knew the product, upselling every item...top notch there. Take care of him, hes an asset. I watched full hands in and out, pre bussing, everyone ran food, the actual food runner was on it. Everything was great and I will go back more often. Everyone working seemed genuinely happy. Management must be doing the right things!!! Thank you!

It was my first time eating at an outback steakhouse and to be honest, it was really good. The NY strip was cooked to perfection. The baked potato was pretty good too. The shrimps tasted delicious and so was the cheesecake. I liked the bread but honestly, I'd take Texas Roadhouse bread over theirs. They are a little on the pricey side but I think I'd return.

Food was great service not so great, it wasn't the worst but it definitely wasn't the friendliest. Couple times thought our server wasn't even going to answer us, like when we asked where the list of sides were. Just a simple test, that most people pass with flying colors and no attitude. Not this time. Server was short with us and not so friendly. Everything else was pretty good, the steak was cooked perfectly I forgot to get a picture of the inside it was so good. Bloomin Onion had been forever since we had one and we were in onion heaven for a bit there. Heck it's been forever since we were at an Outback that's why we took advantage of this one being near the Toledo zoo and went after seeing the zoo lights. Not so easy to go since most of them closed around us. The Caesar salad here has quite the sardine flavor to the dressing. Other than the server who didn't smile and gave mild tude everything was pretty darn good. Oh and my wife really liked the snowflakes hanging around the bar that was a nice touch.

My husband and I sat at the bar before being sat for dinner. He got a bottle of Heineken, I got a coffee with Baileys. Bartender asked if I wanted an extra shot for a dollar. Sure, sounds great. I almost fell to the floor when we got the bill $21 + a tip 25 bucks for a beer and a coffee with 2 shots of Baileys. Then we get to our table, the server was not pleasant or at least pretend to be nice. He looked dirty and worn out. The bread plates were dirty we told him and he snatched them off the table, came back, tossed some new ones down, no apology or said anything. We got up snd left. The worst experience at an Outback we've ever had!
