When I got to the location at northline the doors were locked so I went through drive thru as I already paid for my order. I get to the window and was told id have to wait for my food. While at least 10 cars in front of me after I ordered already had their food. I waited another 15 minutes in the pick up section I was told to go to and still no customer service, no food! At this point I have been waiting over 30 minutes since I placed my order! I went and knocked on the door for another 5 minutes before, who I assume, was the manager came and told me the dining room was closed. I said I know, ive been waiting for my food that I ordered over 30 minutes ago online. Told him I was told my the drive thru people that I needed to pull forward and wait. It had been 15+ minutes of me waiting. He asked the girl that told me to move forward and she said "I didn't tell her.....oh I forgot about her!" Like seriously?!?!?! Unacceptable! Over 35 minutes for 2 happy meals?!?!?! And the only response I get is "oh I forgot about her?!" Like wow! Will never come back to this location period! The excuse of "we've had a day" does not mean it's ok that you forgot about a customer for 30 minutes! How does 2 happy meals, that ended up being cold since the food was forgotten about, take over 30 minutes!!!!!!!!
