  The whole crew at this store was very mean to me and another customer yesterday. They wouldn’t let me redeem my points. After that when I got home open my sandwich it was made very poorly I have already contacted corporate. Please do not go to this location very rude.

  I have ordered here 2 times. And never again. 1st time my sub tasted like cigarettes and that was gross. This time i got bread and a strip of bacon with a dab of ranch. And a pinch of chicken. This place sucks. Dont go here. Horrible. Rude employees who dont care. Order both times missing condiments, wrong drinks. I wanna give negative stars but google wont let me

  Ordered a pick up on the App and asked for extra mayo, cucumbers and lettuce. Only got lettuce. Asked for it to be cut in half, didn't come that way. Ordered a chocolate chip cookie, didn't get that but some other cookie I won't eat. Putting together an order correctly and this simple should never be an issue. I never come to this location because every time I do, it's wrong. Won't be coming back. A bunch of boys behind the counter that clearly can't read. Do better.

  I LOVE Jimmy John’s. When I was little my mom even got me custom made Jimmy John’s pajamas. My go to is the #5. Usually, it’s fantastic. However I’ve noticed at this location is going down hill taste wise. When I come here it’s 50/50 if I will like it. It’s either a regular #5 with no issues OR it tastes like a mouth full of mop water. I’ve determined it’s the lettuce they have an issue with. Sometimes it’s good, sometimes I literally have to spit it out and scrape my whole sandwich free of lettuce away bc it tastes like moldy, musty, funky mop water.

  I came in here and got sandwiches with extra mayo add avocado spread and I paid like 4 dollars to put it on them. Both of them definitely didn’t have any extra mayo but I didn’t even say anything about that. One of them I couldn’t taste the avocado spread or see it so I looked and couldn’t find any of the spread I paid so much for. I went inside to let them know and the guy literally made me go back out to my car to get the sandwich, dug through it, and then sent me out with the same sandwich and some spread in a little container cause he “remembered putting it on there”. Horrible customer service. Horrible. I work in restaurant service and we NEVER DIG THROUGH PEOPLES STUFF TO PROVE WE PUT SOMETHING ON THERE AND THEN NOT REMAKE THEIR STUFF!!! Disgusting.
