  This place sucks. Slooooowww as hell. I've seen people get half their order, thats hot, but after 20 minutes of waiting for the rest of their order. It got cold. I do not think I would recommend this place

  Chelsea is the best bartender at the Southgate location. She is patient and always attentive even when the bar is crowded. You won’t be disappointed. Stop by and say hello to her.

  There were several open tables and a ton of people waiting to be seated. We joined the list and were told it would be 10-15 minutes. After 25 minutes we received a text saying the table was ready but no one was at the host stand, as occurred several times throughout the night. A party of two came in 20 minutes after us and joined the waitlist, they clearly knew several servers and were sat before us (also a party of 2). There were two other parties that were also the same party size as us that came in after us and were sat before us. Can’t imagine how terrible the service would have been at the table if the service was so bad before we were even seated.

  Brandy was very attentive to our requests and the food was top notch. This location does a great job and we always appreciate the service provided and the meals that are served.

  Reserved seats for 7pm online, went there, and they said they don't do online reservations, which was a lie compared to the website for their location. We showed up 15 minutes early to have our reservation seats and sat til 7:25 while they had 3 tables open... Yet staff told us to wait another 15 minutes. Staff isn't knowledgeable about what they are doing, and reserving a seat means nothing to this business. At least the one in Canton is quaility. My friends and I wanted to show our friend from out of state a Michigan restaurant before his flight home. And we had to settle for buffalo wild wings just so my friend could eat something before his flight
