  The sandwich was: rye bread is a dense bread not a puff : the contents appeared to have been scooped up in a ice cream scooper, plopped in the middle ugh very little cheese very little saurkraut , the whole thing tasted like well not a rueben.*8 dollars . I ate it cause I was famished wont go back

  Ryan and Cheyenne were so so so sweet and they made sure my food was out fast, hot, and delicious. Fabulous customer service both of them need a raise :)

  I got all the food right?But for my grandson's kid's meal, they gave him his food.But did not give him his apple juice.What a shame now.He's got to eat his food with nothing to drink.Oh god you're under me

  Went here today after the Movies at MJR the shift manager Charles took our order Our food order came to $33.01.I asked my friend that was with me if she had a penny and she didn't neither did I.Charles the manager took my 40.00 and gave me 6.99 back! I looked at him and said really? for a penny I have to get all that change back? He never responded.Never ever have I ever gotten 99cents back because I didn't have a penny! Usually they just let you slide on a penny I should of cancelled the food order because of the way I was treated!! But I really wanted Arby's. So for one penny you lost 3 customers that will never return!! I will also do the feedback survey on the bottom of my receipt.
