  Scanner wasn't working the day I went couldnt get my free chips they didn't accommodate smh... The person who ring me up seem to be new he opened a drawer under the register 😕 and started putting chips in a bag chips were cold and some were wet not very sanitary if you ask me everything just looked a mess I paid 43 dollars for mid food

  The manager here is extremely rude and unprofessional. I came here today to pick up two orders via Doordash. I waited well over 15 minutes before a female employee asked me again which orders I had. I tell her and she says "okay, I'm about to start working on those." They're clearly backed up, only accepting online orders at this point, turning away walk-in customers, and she's the only one working the grill (there were two other, male employees present; one kept going back and forth to the back kitchen, the other at the cash register.) She apologizes for the wait, I tell her that it's okay, I'll go wait in my car. As I'm leaving the manager yells after me "what orders do you have?" I return to the counter, repeat the names and he balls up his face, rolls his eyes and says, "I can't even hear you!" To which I pause and say I dont understand what your problem is, you can just ask me to repeat it. I repeat the names, and he confirms with the same young lady the orders. I then ask, "about how long?" To which he responds, with an attitude, "I don't know and I dont have to give you a time. You're Doordash, your job is to wait!" I inform him that it's my job to communicate with both Doordash and the customers who are waiting and again you need to stop talking to me that way, there's no reason for it. He says "You can't be up here rushing nobody! We're behind and I don't have to tell you anything, you're just a doordasher!" Please keep in mind I was already on my way back to my car to wait before he called me back, just to be rude and disrespectful. How is he a manager if he thinks it's appropriate to be disrespectful to anyone? How does me being a delivery person mean that I don't deserve quality customer service? After more back and forth and threatening to call the police on me after I tell him that I'm reporting him to Doordash and corporate he tells me that I can't get my orders....it's now been over an half an hour, the orders were finished and bagged. He's continuously belligerent, I call the police. As I'm waiting for them to arrive he keeps yelling and coming back over to me telling me that I need to leave...after I told him that I'm waiting on the police. He's foaming at the mouth, spitting on the food; both open orders and prepped food in the warmers; not once did he help the employees do anything to get the orders out, just kept coming back over to me; tells me that I need to get out of line. There is no line, just other delivery people. Police arrived, Southfield officers R. Gartha A. Freshwater. I informed them of the issue and showed them proof of the orders and wait time. He still refused to give me the orders. So, because this individual, that someone in your franchise thought was management material, TWO customers didn't receive their food; possibly more as there were other delivery persons waiting, some far longer than me. I have reported this situation to the customers and Doordash; and I have given Doordash the police record number and will be sending them video of portions of our discourse. This is completely unacceptable behavior! In addition, when the police arrived, that I CALLED, he tried to criminalize me! He started this whole situation with uncalled for attitude. All of this, because he thinks it's okay to talk to delivery personnel however he wants to and failed to answer a simple question. Is this a good representation of how your employees should behave?
