  Service is stellar. You get welcomed when you entered, a good day when you leave, and really friendly workers at the counters. Had a great experience making a catering order through them as well.

  Had a great experience! Destiny provided great customer service. They were out of the bread I wanted but she accommodated me.

  Poor customer service at the drive through. Person was not friendly not accommodating seemed like he doesn't like his job. Took an hour to get us a bagel that didn't have to be toasted and can't put cream cheese in it either. Panera isn't what it used to be

  Just want to take a moment and recognize the amazing staff at this location! Ive set y Up shop here for the past few days as I worked through a training and I must say, every single interaction I’ve had with every team member has been so PLEASANT! Customer service is lacking in the food industry but you all are doing an amazing job! Special shout out to Ms. Shay - she has helped me everyday I’ve been in and has always greeted me with a smile and efficiency! Always busy at work but never too busy to acknowledge and assist me! The store is clean, the team is constantly walking around to clear tables and check on customers! I’ve sat in through the morning and afternoon shifts and the professionalism has been consistent! Give these people a raise!
