  Waited 15 minutes in line after being greeted, then they took the person who came 5 minutes after me in the next lane because they forgot I was there after asking me to wait a minute. 3rd time this has happened in the past month. On top of it the person who pulled into my lane behind me after both of us skipped the line, pulled ahead of us and picked up their mobile order. I tried to do the same and they told me I had to go around again and get back in line. I cancelled my order and will never come back to this location. Wasted in total 25 minutes of my time because they can't keep their lanes straight and the new staff doesn't do their job properly.

  Never again will I visit this location. Whoever prepared my smoothie left some type of brown substance in my smoothie!

  I ordered my food on the app like I always do. The woman inside tossed my order on the shelf and called out my number and walked away. I stood there for 5 minutes before I could ask her for a packet of salt, then she didn't even answer me, just walked away and got it. When she came back there was an elderly woman at the counter and the employee asked her..."you tryin to order?". The elderly woman says yes please. The employee said "uggggggggggghhhh" very loudly and said "mommy, whatchu want". This is horrible customer service. I see why this location has low ratings. On my way out i saw what looked like a grandma and her granddaughter (probably 5 or 6) about to walk in and the little girl was so excited to be going to get McDonald's...I wanted to warn them that it's not friendly in there but I didnt. I hope they were greeted with more enthusiasm than what I walked into.

  This is the closest McDonald's to my house and I usually avoid it. I just left the doctor's office and I couldn't eat before so I was starving. I pull up to the window, order my food. Get to the window not very friendly, I pay go to the next window, again not very friendly. Get my food thank God I was going home because they did not give me any napkins or straw for my drink. My breakfast sandwich one of the McGriddle bottoms hard as a rock. I normally don't leave reviews but something always happens when I go to this McDonald's

  The worst service I have ever received. Never go here. Drive somewhere else. I waited for over 30 minutes and I was treated poorly. Every other order around me was received. Go to Culver’s if you have to wait that long. It’s better and the service is better.
