The window cashier was so so rude because there was an error in the order which I asked to be fixed. She huffed and puffed and acted as if I had asked for the moon. It wasn’t that serious for her to react so inappropriately. I ordered a vanilla frosty but she gave me a chocolate one. I asked for the correct frosty which caused her to become so rude. This wasn’t the only time I was treated rudely at this Wendy’s. I expect good customer service in a service industry. Please train your employees otherwise others customers may not come to Wendys. I know I won’t be back and will probably go to McDonalds instead.
