10/3/2025: This must be the worse Wendy's in the metro area. First time anywhere my order was missing an item, then it was made wrong during the SAME VISIT. At lease they were nice and said sorry and thank you this time. There's always some issue here - you either spend most of your lunch hour waiting in the drive thru, or something is wrong or missing or "sorry, we don't have that".

The condiment section (ketchup, ice, etc.) is always empty/run out and dirty. The workers are rude and seem bothered if we ask for ketchup or ice since the condiment section is always empty. The bathroom is extremely filthy.
