  They are very disrespectful people. I visited the store yesterday and today. On yesterday, I thought I was going crazy because they were really rude and unpleasant. Today only confirmed that I was not going crazy because today was worse. The girl was slamming and throwing stuff because she had to remake my order. Eye rolling and I had to reach and grab my smoothie, from the counter, because she refused to hand it to me. I ordered a wrap and it was swimming in the sauce. I couldn’t eat it because it was too spicy. My lips were on fire. They need to really dive deep into getting to know the people they hire.

  Messed up the order we went back and they still messed it up, the part the didn’t messed up tasted awful! Never going back

  I jammed here to get my favorite evening drink and arrived at 8:58 I saw the cashier run away from the window then locked the doors and turned off the lights I tapped my horn @8:59 and saw her run to the back. I drove to the window and tapped my horn and waited. She came to the window and said yes. I asked if she would take my order as I was there before they closed at 9 and she said no it’s 9:00 now. She refused to give her name and told me to call corporate. This was rude and inconsiderate and poor customer service. Disrespect to close when you have customers in line 2 minutes prior. Here is the time clock for my wait and when she went to clean instead of taking my order.

  JASMINE is very rude and frankly, very petty. I ordered a specific smoothie bowl and asked if I could add cookie crumbles as a PAID add on. She said no, that's not allowed. I proceeded to pay at the window and she asked me to pull forward to wait on my order. She then came to the window as I was pulling forward and asked me to reverse..fine. I reverse and she told me I had too many toppings in my bowl for her to close it. The problem was, she had the wrong bowl with all wrong toppings, not what I ordered at all. I let her know that was not correct and I told her I saw online where people were adding cookie crumbles as a topping and she said she would have to research that (admitting that she didn't actually know) but her response was very rude and condescending and it was more important to her to deny any add on than to provide good customer service, which I would have happily paid for. She said she would be back with my order and a "new total", I guess she planned on charging me more?? Once I pulled forward to wait for her to correct the order, I decided I no longer trusted her to make my order because her energy was really negative, so I went inside and asked for a refund. I then asked her, hypothetically, if I wanted to just BUY the cookie crumble smoothie and ask that they don't give me the smoothie, only toppings, can I do that? (essentially paying $10-15 for toppings only) and she said NO, in a very rude tone but with a grin. Again, it was more important to her to deny me what I'm asking for than to be truthful and come up with a solution. She claims to be the general manager and when I was on my way out, she and the other employees chuckled when Jasmine told me that she hopes I have a "better day". Everyone knows that phrase is disingenuous. My day was and still is great. I ordered from a different tropical smoothie and got EVERYTHING that I asked for with zero issue. This is clearly a problem with personnel and not process. This location has rubbed me the wrong way on several occasions but it was today that I felt so inclined to write a review because Jasmine is a poor representation of what a leader should be and she has malice in her responses and delivery. She appears to be unhappy in life and is taking it out on customers, very sad for the young kids that work there as she is their daily example. The Tropical Smoothie on Evergreen or Southfield road seems to be a better choice.
