  Northwestern location made a smoothie but one of them lost a gold earring in my smoothie grinded in pieces chipping my tooth so we went to report to management and all three of the young ladies was trying to find out what it was and how it happened the manager was a lady tried to tell me i must have made a mistake it had to be something i put in my own cup i asked her to check the blender they found more she tried hiding it from me i told her no these pieces were in my mouth when I took a sip then one of the young ladies said she was missing her earring the young ladies were very nice the manager called someone on the phone and management didn't want to do a report for me she kept eyeballing one of the ladies as if she was in big trouble so we left management gets a 0

  Easy to stop in and get your food. Always tastes fresh and the people are nice. Would recommend to others.. Best when order on app and have f I od waiting and eeady.

  I been coming here every morning for a while now because the store manager is amazing but every morning this guy Jalen is there and idk if it’s him or whoever else is in there I’ve seen the women that works there in the morning she seems pretty cool but I’m lucky if I get my order correct tho and I order very simple things or the same thing every morning like I’m not understanding … I order sausage they give me chicken my Bahamas taste like he used a blender that he made a peanut paradise in which thank god I don’t have a peanut allergy but it’s clear containers and orange containers for a reason he seems petty he be acting like he can’t hear, doesn’t say your welcome and it may be some other things that wrong with him I’m not gonna mention on here so I try to just look past it but come on nah atp… I even just went in the inside so I can actually see what’s going the young man wouldn’t take my order nor would he make my smoothie nd the look on the young lady faced just confirmed that he was being petty or weird in away… all that to be said is there any one else for the love of god that can work mornings this prolly the only location I trust to make my food and drinks but at this point… they are quick tho I’ll will say that

  They are very disrespectful people. I visited the store yesterday and today. On yesterday, I thought I was going crazy because they were really rude and unpleasant. Today only confirmed that I was not going crazy because today was worse. The girl was slamming and throwing stuff because she had to remake my order. Eye rolling and I had to reach and grab my smoothie, from the counter, because she refused to hand it to me. I ordered a wrap and it was swimming in the sauce. I couldn’t eat it because it was too spicy. My lips were on fire. They need to really dive deep into getting to know the people they hire.

  I jammed here to get my favorite evening drink and arrived at 8:58 I saw the cashier run away from the window then locked the doors and turned off the lights I tapped my horn @8:59 and saw her run to the back. I drove to the window and tapped my horn and waited. She came to the window and said yes. I asked if she would take my order as I was there before they closed at 9 and she said no it’s 9:00 now. She refused to give her name and told me to call corporate. This was rude and inconsiderate and poor customer service. Disrespect to close when you have customers in line 2 minutes prior. Here is the time clock for my wait and when she went to clean instead of taking my order.
