This place has gone down hill so fast. Consistently 10 minute wait times. Before even placing my order. And every time the order is wrong. I can easily give second chances but third or fourth chance is just being nice. I'm done. Definitely don't recommend even trying. I would give a zero star if I could

I went to the drive thru window to order some food and they said we are sorry we only take DoorDash even tho there was only me and another car in the drive thru like how is that even possible to be that lazy, McDonald’s you can do better than that

Today I ordered online… the manager on dutyat 8:04 am refused to replace my drink. I accidentally ordered my mother a half unsweetened tea half lemonade. When I entered I had mobile order 1618 and explained to the woman that I didn’t mean to order that, could she replace it with the unsweetened tea. The manager responded NO, and told me that the lemonade costs more than tea… I already purchased the lemonade… so why not replace my tea. I was ignored by staff as they refused to simply replace my drink for something cheaper…I’ve already paid and I’m not asking for a refund just the drink I intended on purchasing. The treatment I received from staff was not only aggressive but also highly unprofessional

Why can I not place a order ? Why is it a door dash only? Is cash not good any more here??? Need to put up a sign for door dash only or closed during the night !!!

Food was fine but the bathroom was absolutely disgusting. The soap dispenser was broken, there was trash all over the floor of both the stall and the main area, the toilet was nasty, and it smelled bad. The kiosk worked, but it did not print me out a receipt, all the table tents were broken, and my table was literally coming apart at the seams. I told them about the bathroom 30 minutes ago and they haven’t even looked in there. My first thought upon taking in the scene of the bathroom was “if they care this little about keeping the bathroom clean how are they handling my food?”. I won’t be coming back.
