I work down the street from this location. I used to visit regularly, multiple times a week for quick meals on the go. I cannot do that anymore because I have lost all trust in this location. The order is never ready on time. When they do get it on time, it is never right. The staff will ignore you if you try to get their attention. Once I was handed someone else's debit card through the drive thru... The list goes on. Today I ordered on the mobile app. Arrived to pick up my food only for them to say they never got my order. I showed them my order, they said ok no problem. I waited over 20 minutes for my food, meanwhile multiple pick up to-go orders were packed and handed out during this time. When I asked if my order was almost ready, they just said it hasn't come through yet. Why not just take my order and get it instead of waiting for the order to come through? I understand protocol but you just had me waste my lunch hour waiting for an order that was never going to come and basically ignored me until I flagged someone down. Ultimately ran out of time waiting, so just told them to cancel my order and now have to wait for a refund. I didn't eat lunch today. Save yourself the extra time you will end up waiting here and just go to a different location 5 mins down the road.

The manager of the store was very rude to us, we just ask for a cream and sugar. Talked to us with a high tone and with attitude.

Tried ordering a Frappe 1AM on a Friday and the woman said no, the machines were cleaned. Not a 24 hour operation. Tried ordering deluxe chicken sandwich, she listed 3 different chicken sandwiches that were also not available, and would not explain what was on the one that was available. Was extremely rude and muttering to herself saying things "like what?". No quarter pounder available. Before even fully completing the word of every item ordered, she barked "Anything Else?". She was screaming to her coworkers at the window. Based off of the customer service I would not trust the food. Her attitude was unsanitary. Also, it took 20 minutes for 2 fries and a burger. When we got home, we decided not to eat because we were so uncomfortable by the experience.

I went through the drive-through after working a 12 hour shift just to be served raw burgers that I didn’t realize were raw until I drove 15 minutes home. Then when they remake my food after I drive All the way back, they serve me a sandwich with a rock hard bun. So stale. I’ve never been so upset in my life over a McDonald’s meal and this is the straw that broke the camels back. I will never ever eat at McDonald’s again. I don’t care if I am Starving this restaurant is terrible and so is the entire chain. Disgusting food and incompetent people.

Come on guy’s you got to do better then this I order from this place a lot and when I say I want extra meat added to something I expect to see that extra meat I paid for I’m not pissed off like some folks get because I know you guy’s will make up for this you always do if somethings not done right so I hope that with my next order it gets taken care of.
