I ordered a mcdouble with mayonnaise and they gave me two stale bottom buns, patties that were cold and broken off the burger in the paper, cold cheese, 15 pickles and mayo all over the place. Just trash service all around. If you cannot hire staff that has the decency to serve humans normally, you should have an owner/manager on site or not be open at all. I could barely hear the worker from the extremely loud talking and laughing from the employees in the background sounding like a party was going on. After paying, I was told to park in spot one. I waited over ten minutes and no one brought the food. I drove back to the window to tell them I've been waiting and they immediately handed me my food. No apology until I asked for one and no reason for the wait until I asked. Horrible customer service. Turns out they were having a party instead of working.

That is after waiting at least 10 minutes for someone to actually come to the counter to "help". They actively avoid eye contact. Got a sandwich that obviously had been sitting in the heat lamp way past acceptable time. This particular store is kids managing kids who do not care. Will never be back.
