  We walked in during a computer system down and walked back in 10 minutes later not knowing what we were walking into. Rachel was busting through what must have been over a dozen orders but still managed to help me figure out my specialized order and had me finished in less than 3 minutes. Also I was amazed at the cheerfulness of the staff while going through such a challenge. Three cheers to the team here.

  Horrible customer service! I ordered online a pepe turkey tom and didn't realize that I had to add mayo and lettuce. Turned around to get mayo pack and request lettuce. I didn't come in with wallet since I ordered online. I was told it would cost. I asked if they cld waive it based on the apps challenges. I was told no. You lost a family of business due to lack of customer service!

  Still waiting extremely slow and rude the cashier wearing black with blonde hair is the sandwich maker is busting his sss polite and attentive to customers she's rude too

  Food was decent but the service was HORRIBLE, younger lady at the front counter was extremely rude when ask what sandwich was regular and basic. Also when asked for some napkins she pointed me in the direction of them instead of grabbing them herself. Counters on tables were dirty as well. I would never eat here or order from here again!!!!
