Horrible customer service!
I ordered online a pepe turkey tom and didn't realize that I had to add mayo and lettuce. Turned around to get mayo pack and request lettuce. I didn't come in with wallet since I ordered online. I was told it would cost. I asked if they cld waive it based on the apps challenges. I was told no. You lost a family of business due to lack of customer service!

Still waiting extremely slow and rude the cashier wearing black with blonde hair is the sandwich maker is busting his sss polite and attentive to customers she's rude too

Food was decent but the service was HORRIBLE, younger lady at the front counter was extremely rude when ask what sandwich was regular and basic. Also when asked for some napkins she pointed me in the direction of them instead of grabbing them herself. Counters on tables were dirty as well. I would never eat here or order from here again!!!!

Awful experience. My order was wrong, and when I called to get it fixed I was left on hold for over 12 minutes. When I finally spoke to the night manager, they were rude, dismissive, and even hung up on me. I was calm and respectful the entire time, just trying to get the mistake corrected. Instead of resolving the issue, the service made it worse. I won’t be returning.

Bad vibe from the second I walked in.. Not getting greeting only to have the lady that makes the food walk up and say, what do you want..Then come the girl working the register, I ask a question, because I didn't know, due to the fact I don't work there and she had a rude reply.. Get the sub and it pretty much all lettuce... I like Jimmy John's and work in that area alot, but with that being said, if I walk in there again and those same 2 are there, I'll leave right away...I'm very big on customer service... Manners and respect go a long way as well..
