Stopped by for a quick bite and had a great experience. The burgers were solid and cooked just how I like them, but what really stood out were the Cajun fries they're very good with just the right kick of seasoning that makes them a step up from regular fries. Big portion, friendly service, and a classic Five Guys vibe definitely worth the visit if you're craving a tasty burger and some

Delicious burger as always. Fries very oily and taste weird. Seems to be an issue of old grease needing to be changed. Would recommend the Allen Park location instead. Cooks became disturbed when I asked to have them remade. Ended up having to toss the new ones as well. The cashier was very kind.

I hate to give a bad review based on one individual because the rest of the staff was very pleasant but I was very annoyed with the level of rudeness I experienced from the lady who appeared to run the line. I was out shopping and placed a DoorDash pickup order to grab food on my way home and while on the phone with my partner he asked if I could order his food also. I placed his order and let them know I was doing a pickup also. While in the pickup area the lady expediting asked, “you waiting for something else?” I explained that yes I had also just placed an order. She rolled her eyes and made remarks to the staff about the DoorDash order “getting cold” for placing an additional order not knowing it was MY FOOD. I assumed when my ticket was called for burger—no fry he was asking if I had fries so I responded with no but when the lady called it a second time I said “right here” and she said “didn’t you just say no??” I was confused so I confirmed again that yes the order is mine and she practically threw the bag with a very dismissive “have a good day.” I dislike patronizing businesses with negative service but at least the food was good

I have to admit the burger was good!! but after standing there for 15 minutes, and receiving cold fries I was disappointed. My burgers were done when walked into the store, The one young man greeted me and said oh you’re precious. I said yes , The young lady gave me a cup for the pop then I stood there for 15 minutes, waiting for fries when I got fries they were cold, I asked for hot fries. The Young lady, said oh these just came up as if I didn’t know cold from hot so I was disappointed in the service. I’m giving a review because I’m tired of paying top dollar and getting poor service. The young man was on point. It was three people upfront. And three in the back just talking, 0h yeah, I forgot she was going to let me walk out with one burger, but I checked the bag and had to ask for my second burger. I’m just fed up with poor Service so whenever I get poor service, I’m gonna give a poor service review. Thanks for the burger with the service could be much better
