Waited for over 30 minutes in the lobby for my food just to figure out that it was sitting behind the counter out of reach with the bag open, and they had never called my name for it. When I went up to see if the food was done, the worker told me that it wasn’t his fault it had been sitting there for so long because he had been in the back, even though I saw him walk in and out of the back multiple times, and there were workers actively working on food that they planned to take home with them. All I was offered was a simple “Sorry about that”. When I got home, the burgers were cold, and the fries were terribly salty. I will not be back as this happened to a friend of mine as well.
