  Horrible service! The manager has blond hair I was unable to catch her name. When I tell u the lobby was full of customers! I mean fulllllll! The customer in front of me was an employee, that was off work, just wanted to get some food before he left! He seen that the young lady was struggling to serve and stock items. The manager didn’t care! She came out to the lobby and turned right around!! The employee the was in front of me that was off work!!!! But he super cap on! And went back there to help that young lady!!! I was like u need a raise! But that manger needs to go! She didn’t even say hello everyone sorry for the wait nothing!!!! I’ll stay away from here! Looking at the reviews I should have never went

  During lunch time on a weekdays you have to wait 30 minutes or sometimes even more just to get your food! I think they have enough employees, but aren’t sure what they are doing. There is only one person serving and that’s it. That’s crazy!

  Poor management and poor service all the way around. If I could give no stars, I would. My advice to anyone reading this would be: Turn around and walk out the door if you see a lady with no eyebrows and a stale, crunchy wig working. That would be the manager. She’s rude, impatient, and slaps food together in a rush, while also rushing you to tell her what you want next, all the while creating a big sloppy mess on the table. She’s routinely unprofessional, REGULARLY berates her employees, (probably why they don’t last long) and is highly combative/argumentative with customers, which creates an atmosphere of frenzy and disarray that I personally don’t want to pay money for. Not to mention the fact that they are almost always out of rice or a protein, which turns into a 15-30 minute wait, after already waiting about 30-45 minutes in line. If you come here often, I’m sure this has been your experience, as well. If you don’t come here often, well… don’t. Chipotle can’t possibly need a manager that bad, that they’re willing to let her self-sabotage an entire location.

  Have made online orders many times over the past year here, and I receive different service each time. For the most part, online orders are never done the time it says. Typically 20-30 minutes past the pickup time, especially around lunch time. I always expect a later time so I go pick up later than the time provided. I typically order a Quesadilla with fajita veggies and rice on the side. About 50% of the time, I don't get the veggies included. When I do get veggies, half of the time they are on the side or inside the quesadilla, which that part doesn't bother me. Today I ordered my typical meal, and was not happy at all. There was rice INSIDE of my quesadilla AND there were no veggies. This has never happened before. Most people may be fine with the rice inside, but this is a no-go for me. I tried to pick off the rice, but it was embedded inside the cheese and I had to pull most if not all of the cheese off. I was not expecting rice inside the quesadilla, as they have never done this before. I was extremely disappointed and could not eat half of the meal. On top of the other meal ordered said no rice and black beans in the burrito. Instead, there was rice and no black beans in the burrito. This turned both of us away from ordering again. It is like we were given someone else's order (even though our pick up name was on it), or the employees were not paying attention to the order.

  I dislike I even have to leave this review I made an online order, paid for double meat and that new sauce I get home and it’s barely anything in the meal I paid for, ticked me off being honest Also, your employees shouldn’t be VAPING inside. If I can’t smoke my weed inside then no vapes should be allowed. I really hate I paid extra and got little. No I want no refund for some type Of freebie. It would be nice to get a correct order for once
