Was given attitude from staff when presenting an active rewards coupon that had not been used and was not expired because of some sort of system failure on their end. This was combined with the fact that staff had no desire to attempt to fix the problem or attempt to make things right. After this treatment, I refused to pay and walked away from the interaction since it simply was not worth eating at this location if I as a customer was going to be treated that way. Absolutely unacceptable.

I forgot her name but she normally works at other locations. The food is Delicious 😋. It’s almost gone sorry for late picture of finish delicious food. Excellent service kudos to everyone. I’m the Auntie that was there today not the post of picture she’s my niece. Keep up Excellent work. Thank you Chipotle Southfield.
