  Don't purchase from this location. Do yourself a favor and drive a little further and go to either on greenfield rd. on Oak Park or Southfield. I ordered a maple foster and strawberry frosted both doughnuts barely had any frosting at all! It was spread so thinly you could see the doughnut. The frosting was spread so thin like as glaze. Them no matter what day I come they act like they always forget to put the sugar pepper on the snacking bacon. The woman at your drive thru is telling me we put it in there and I held up bare naked regular bacon! Then she takes the pack back and like I don't know what happened. I'm like I do, there was never any on there. Let's not even get to my cold brew! I always order 4 pumps I literally know the taste of 4 pumps, you already know I didn't get 4 pumps. Do yourself a favor and just go somewhere else for your coffee and doughnut fix bc I could have spent my $12 elsewhere.

  This is hands down the worst Dunkin' I’ve ever been to. Order a light ice drink and they’ll water it down—literally—and then try to tell you that’s normal. It’s not. It’s just cutting corners. Then they’ll try to charge you for a separate cup of ice. Charging for ice? Seriously? This place is cheap, dishonest, and completely off-brand. Dunkin’ should be embarrassed to have this location operating under its name.

  This is second time they gave me half food, paid for 2 items and got only 1. People rushing for work during early morning cannot always check food in drive through while other cars waiting behind.
