Arby's Awful When I seen the young lady with an attitude, I should have left at the window, my French fries were cold and all of them at the bottom were pieces. Instead of being curly, the sandwich was like they had it, and they dropped it in the grease, 3 or 4 times My son's arby's sandwich, beef and cheddar Awful I've never seen anything like it before. But my cousin, who lives near by told me this was a bad Arbys to come to I wanted to be accommodated for my food, but I wouldn't want to come back here and get any food that's how bad the service and the food was. Awful..😖 Who owns to place???

I was really impressed with this Arby’s location. The food was incredibly fresh and hot—exactly what you want but don’t always get. What stood out even more was the customer service; the staff was friendly, welcoming, and efficient. I also noticed how well-maintained the property is; the outside was clean and inviting, which says a lot about how the place is run. Highly recommend!

I went to get the meat for three and they were out of the cheese sticks so I asked instead could the substitute for something else the manager said no but since it was there problem that they were out of the item it seem like they would try to accommodate but Taylor the manager said absolutely not. So drove miles to get this new promotion and Was charged per item. Seems like bait and switch to me. I didn’t want to argue but I spent way more than I intended . I would like for upper management to accommodate me for this issue.
