- KKKatie2 days ago1.0If I could give no stars I would. Worst Taco Bell ever. They should close it down or get all new employees because none of them care. Waited in line for 20 minutes. Finally pulled up to the window to say we did not order because no one took it after waiting there then was told we can’t place an order at the window and have to wait again and go around in line so we did waited for another 15 mins the went inside to try and order but said we were not allowed to. So I explained we tried waiting in line and none of them cared. Was told to wait again and that they were short staffed, I can respect that but when there is constantly an issue there then it’s a problem with more than just shortstaffed. It is ridiculous, walked in and there is trash all over the floor and is so dirty on the inside. Whoever owes it needs to take care of this problem or just close it cause it is horrible

The restrooms are filthy as can be . Maybe the owner or upper management that runs this place needs to come in here.This place is a complete JOKE people wait along time to get there food including door Dashers. They play inappropriate music that is heard by customers. You might as well close your doors. It's filthy inside where you sit nothing is stocked !!!!!! Shouldn't have to wait over a half hour for your FOOD and you want to call this a fast food places. I call it TRASH!!!!
