- RArandy alversonFeb 5, 20261.0Sunday February first at 6pm I placed an order throught the app. After 2 hours of my food not being delivered I reached out to the store where I was yelled at by the manager about how she didn't care how long I have waited and would not give me a time frame for when my order would be delivered. I then called the customer support line to get an idea of what was going on they told me my order was being made and would be delivered. At 11pm my order was not delivered and I called customer support again and was told I would be refunded and would be contacted by the a regional manager. It has been 6 days and no one has contacted me. So just be careful when calling because the manager might loose there shit on you and support will do nothing about it because they are useless and the regional manager can't be bothered to contact you, and you won't get your food either.

Tonight, we placed an order for delivery, and when it was not delivered (and the PapaTracker was not updated from "making"), we called to ask about the status. We were told there were no deliveries tonight and that they didn't know when our order would be done because they were busy. When we called back later to cancel the order, still with no update or receipt of the pizza, we were told they didn't have our order. The phone conversations have been unprofessional, and close to two hours after placing our order, we still have no pizza.
