Ordered delivery. Never showed up. Called store after 45 minutes and they said they had nobody to deliver. Had to go to store to pickup. In the store there were delivery drivers. They should have at least called to let us know they weren't going to deliver.

Same old same old… ask for napkins and for the sandwich to be cut in half when ordering on the app. Please explain to me why your drive through staff NEVER EVER EVER put napkins in the bag? And I’ve completely given up on the cutting thing, that never happens. This time I ordered a toasted sandwich, so hot right? They put the cold water bottle in the bag next to the sandwich so that just makes my supposedly hot sandwich cold. It’s just so annoying because it’s simple common sense.
