  I’ve never gotten outright inedible food from a Subway before. Tonight, two out of three sandwiches were inedible. The meatball marinara, the meatballs were still frozen in the center, literally full of ice crystals. The sauce and everything was ice cold- they said they needed to warm it up and then just stuck it in the toaster oven for 20 seconds. The sweet onion chicken teriyaki, the chicken was also cold and was rubbery, chewing gum consistency. My husband gagged when he bit into it, and he’s never like that about food. It was that terrible. The only edible sandwich was a tuna with just lettuce and tomato, though even that wasn’t toasted nearly long enough. I spent over $34 to end up throwing away 2/3 of our meal. To top it all off, when I asked to enter my rewards card to earn what should’ve gotten me a free footlong reward, they told me “we don’t do that here.” I’ve written to corporate requesting a refund, I’ve never done that before with any food I’ve bought but this was simply too terrible an experience and way too much wasted time and money.

  This subway station is poorly managed by the manager in general. I went there today for lunch November 1st, and I ordered a chicken bacon ranch and was told by the sandwich maker they had no chicken. The manager had forgotten to place a truck order, what kind of manager forgets a truck order that is your business no? Every time I come here I'm always having problems because management is absolutely awful. I tried one more time and that's today and you failed again. I will not be returning and I will let the community know. I would hate for that to happen to them.
