  Everyone is so kind the food is great the seating is amazing I did not have to wait that long for my food to.

  I always get the same smoothie. Chia Banana Boost. This was the worst I've ever had. It was very watered down and had huge ice chunks in it. Not at all smooth. There was no flavor at all.

  I came in today at 10:20 am to get me a smoothie and a turkey bacon sandwhich and at first the person who helped me FIRST wonderful loved her great job. && then my card was declined and I stepped to the side as it was busy to see the issues and it was locked and for some reason it wasn’t unlocking & then once EVERYONE got there order taken who had came in behind me then walked back up and told them and even showed this girl who DIDNT help me at first that was card want unlocking. Then she wants to hit me with an attitude and say “well you should have looked at this first that’s a lot of product.” First all I am a general manager and have been for 10 years and that is not how you respond to a customer in any way. The fact she acted like I did that on purpose WHEN SHE SEEN IT ON MY PHONE IS WILD. I usually don’t leave reviews ever in my life but that girl needs to take a nap or something cause the disrespect wasn’t needed at least I let them know and didn’t just walk out. I’ll never be back to this location due to the rude service.

  I waited 56 min for them to finally notice me that I was there and I told them I was still waiting on my wrap but they claim I didn't order one but I did. I even pulled out my recipe but they deny it and refuse to make me one or refund me my money. I will be contacting my card company for a charge back! Worst location ever! They don't know how to talk to people or like to talk to them.

  Ordered for pickup 15mins early, got there and they forgot to make my order, then had to wait 20 more minutes for them to make it. There is no accountability here! But at least the food is alright.
