  I'm not sure where to start. I walk in to get my online Order to pick up, and the lady is talking to somebody on her speaker phone, When she's making sandwiches, doesn't say hello, when I come in o I'll help you in a minute. Nothing!So then I see she is making 2 sandwiches, she said, are these yours?I said, no I did not order a meatball sub and I said, who's ever meatball sub that is, you are ripping them off, because there's only 4 meatballs on a footlong and you're piling a bunch of sauce because you ran out of meatballs, she did not understand me. So I could see the order and I see that it is my food and I told her I did not order a meat ball. Sub, I ordered a Pizza sub.( because she so distracted on the phone , she messed up the order) So She took the 4 meatballs out and continued , making the sub. When she Was done I said , all set , she said , yep , and I said , well , you're welcome , and I will never come back as you are ripping people off. Very skimpy on their food and I am going to report this To Subway corporate for trying to rip people off for less food, 4 meatballs, for a foot long don't think so.

  They don't accept "paper" coupons but if you order online they will accept it and you will be told this after you order and pay for your Sub. I recommend ordering extra meat and cheese and ask if Sub is hot or even warm when they take it out from oven because ours were cold and not toasted at all. We're new to the neighborhood and it's close to our house, we could walk if we wanted to. We will drive a few extra miles to another Subway not going back to this one.

  Absolutely amazing! The two working making our subs perfect. They care and it shows! Hands down best subway sub ever made!

  Worst customer service ever…. Called them 5 times to cancel a order before they finally answered the phone after I immediately called them the second after I placed it they hung up on me twice stating that it wasn’t there problem… hope nobody gives this terrible petty establishment any sort of business will be contacting the BBB.

  I had gotten some coupons in the mail and the door where walk in to subway says we accept coupons but after I ordered my food he said no we don't accept coupons and also he wasn't putting enough toppings on my sandwich when I took a bite from it all I tasted was bread. I don't recommend this place the guy making my food was rude and service was bad.
