  Food order was wrong and food was bad. Drinks were wrong. Staff clueless and careless. Fire and hire new at this place.

  Really good chicken sandwich. Rivals the actual chicken places. Crispy and juicy. Definitely a great choice!

  Worst service ever. 20 mins for food thank God I checked they forgot someone the food. They are too busy talking and not doing anything else. Rude very rude. If you are going to talk about customers and throw a cup you should make sure that the customer is not paying attention. You need new management at this store. Ive never had such crappy service here. Its the Hallroad location. The lady that took my payment and I dealt with most of my visit should not deal with customers. She is not professional at all. If I could give 0 stars I would have. Editing review once I got home and opened the food i ordered a double bacon cheeseburger got a single looked like it was days old. The reg cheeseburger was supposed to have no lettuce it had lettuce.

  I never give bad reviews. I waited in the drive-through line for about 40 minutes tonight. When I finally got up to the intercom to order, I kept saying hello for about 10 minutes and nobody would respond. I figured something was broken, and I didn’t know what to do because there were so much space between me and the car in front of me. There was a line of many people behind me as well. About 10 minutes prior, an employee had come out and said something to one of the cars in front of me so I figured it was about the intercom. When I pulled up to the window, I explained to the cashier what happened and she was polite and ready to take my order. However, the manager in the back overheard and started shouting that I needed to go back through the line again and placed my order at the intercom because they had too many cars behind me. I don’t see why they couldn’t have just had me pull to the side in one of their many empty parking spots, and I could’ve just come up to the window where they could’ve come out to the car and give it to me or something. All I ordered was a cheeseburger with fries. The cashier was so polite and friendly yet the manager was the one screaming in the back about this. I I shared this review because if I were the owner of the franchise, I would want to know that My managers were behaving that way!
