  Sitting here right now at Panera and all of the tables are so dirty it’s looks like the tables hasn’t been cleaned all day nor has the floor been swapped I asked someone to come wiped down the table five minutes ago and no one has yet to come. Then when you get the chicken noodle soup they put more broth than noodles and veggie. They have a lot of young workers to thinks everything is funny or a joke

  Do yourself a favor and if you're ever considering ordering anything with a bread bowl online, don't do it. They almost never actually give you the bread bowl so they're scamming you into paying a premium for the smallest portion they offer. It doesn't matter if you're ordering from the website, the app, or DoorDash, or GrubHub. They consistently don't give you what you paid for.

  WORST EXPERIENCE!! Have been waiting 25 min for 1 salad, I want to cancel my order, I am told only the Manager could issue a refund and it would take 30 min, I asked to speak with the Manager she refused to come the counter and I was told I could not have her name. The Managers customer service is an absolute disgrace.....shame on her and for Panera having her represent and lead their resturant!!!! P.S. and I was BEYOND kind to the cashier during our conversation. P.S.S. it is now 33 min and I am still waiting!!

  As of April 2026 I will no longer come here my family and I came for five items it cost $71 how disgusting is that??? SHAMEFUL I’ll go elsewhere

  Worst Panera Bread Experience — Avoid This Location I went to pick up my order and stood at the counter while two employees were just talking to each other. No one acknowledged me or offered help. After waiting, I finally had to interrupt and ask if anyone was going to assist me. When I asked for my order, they said it wasn’t ready and seemed completely confused about what happened to it. They started mentioning random orders like catering orders, and even after I clearly gave my first and last name, they still had no idea where my order was. I’ve been ordering from this location for over 6 years, and honestly, I’ve never had a consistently good experience. There have always been issues with employees or my order being wrong. A few months ago, they messed up my order four separate times, which is why I stopped going there altogether. I decided to give them another chance today, and unfortunately, nothing has changed. This was the final straw. I will never be going back. Worst Panera. Worst service. This location seriously needs major improvement.
