  Ordered for pickup 15mins early, got there and they forgot to make my order, then had to wait 20 more minutes for them to make it. There is no accountability here! But at least the food is alright.

  I went there to get a smoothie and wrap. As the young girl was in the middle of making my wrap another costumer walked in, with her gloves still on she took her order and grabbed cash. Then continued to make my wrap with those same gloves on. Terrible! More training needs to be happening.

  I’ve been coming here for a long time and honestly, it’s just not the same anymore. I haven’t been in for a while because of work and staying busy, but when I finally came back, it felt like something changed. The smoothies were bland and not blended well, and my food wasn’t even warm. The staff doesn’t seem as friendly or attentive as before, the girls were always amazing and super consistent. It’s disappointing. This used to be one of my favorite Tropical Smoothies, but after giving it another try this week, I think I’m done coming back.

  The early afternoon shift on Monday 10/6/2025 doesn’t seem to be the best. Smoothie was bland and not blended as well as it could have been. I’ve had better workers on other shifts blend it perfectly, plenty of times. Obviously who ever is making the smoothies isn’t taking their time, nor do they seem to be concerned about putting enough ingredients in the smoothie to make it flavorful as it should be. Also my food was cold as can be! Literally not even slightly warm. Never have I had my food be as cold as it was during this experience at a tropical smoothie. Usually tropical smoothies are pretty consistent but this shift obviously needs more training or a talking to…. To take their job a little more serious. The weekend shift people seem to do much better & are also way more friendly.

  I always get tropical smoothie because they have the best smoothies, but went to this location and both smoothies were so bland!!!! So disappointed. Could have just been an off day, but a waste of time and money cuz we threw them out.
