- NSNora StokesJan 16, 20262.0My roommate went to pick us up some smoothies and sandwiches, and she ordered two turkey sandwiches, a super green caesar chicken wrap for me and three smoothies. They only gave her the two turkey sandwiches and my roomate did not realize the wrap was missing until she went out to her car. Once she realized, she went back in to get the wrap and they told her because she left the building there was no way they could prove she didn't eat it. The wrap was FOR ME!! She told them that she didn't even like the wrap and she wouldn't have eaten it and she was only gone for less than a minute. They asked the person making the sandwiches if she made it and she confirmed she did not. They also did NOT offer her a refund and said if they were to give her a refund they would have to do it for the entire order. What horrible service. Absolutely way too overpriced to be acting like that to customers, have some common sense. This is coming from someone who also works in food service. We are never coming back to this location.
