Sonic is a OK company but this location the culture is very bad. They messed up the food. They don’t fix the order you talk to a manager. They’re not very Accommodating

This place used to the best fast food you could get in all of macomb county. In the last year, I’ve had issues every single time I’ve gone. The sad decline of this once really great restaurant is so sad to see.
If your food isn’t completely wrong, it’s missing ingredients. If it isn’t missing ingredients, they forget the sauce. If it’s not the sauce, the food has been sitting for 2 hours and was quickly dunked into the fryer to heat it back up. And if it’s none of those things, they forgot it entirely. Doesn’t matter if it’s DoorDash or in-person, this place now seems allergic to giving you edible food or decent service.
Workers will not answer the phone, and ignore complaints of food taking a long time. I see hundreds of comments complaining that the food was a 20-30 minute+ wait, only for the food to be terrible and inedible when it finally comes, and the workers to not lift a finger to care or make it right.
Mark my words, if something doesn’t change in the next few months, this place will be gone. There are so many better restaurants with staff that will actually treat you well

3pm on a Wednesday - Google said they were open. Other cars were there in the other stalls. Waited at the stall for 20 minutes with the red button activated with no answer from staff. Tried 2 different stalls in case one was broken. Eventually gave up and left. Not a great experience.

Went thru the drive thru and ordered 4 burger meals, 3 of which were cold dry and had no toppings but a drop of ketchup, the fries were overcooked and stale, including my childrens meals would give a zero if I could not to mention the last time I was there wasn't a good experience either
