Went through drive through, lady working window and speaker box was very kind and welcoming. This team member made the experience and food is best i’ve ever had it. Ingredients taste great and sandwich is very full and a good price.

So I have a few issues here, a couple of months ago I had a sandwich from there that had literally 1 pice of meat on it, it was horribly put together, I called spoke to someone they told me I could get a free sandwich, I never used that free sandwich, then we ordered again, I forgot about the free sandwich at that time, we had 5 to 6 sandwiches they didn't deliver one, I called back they were suppose to deliver the sandwich and delivered the wrong one, had to call again, they apparently gave me a 10 credit, I thought I would be a sandwich. So last week we called to get them and they had no delivery driver, so we waited so today we called to order they only said they had the 10 credit, they couldn't do anything about the other one. I was on the phone with them maybe 6 to 7 minutes, when I wanted to order they said they had no driver , his shift ended 5 minutes ago. Not sure if that is true or not, but that would be second time in 2 weeks. How much money are you losing with no delivery drivers, as an owner i would look at this, bc I usually order 5 to 6 sandwiches and sides my bill averages between 70 to 90 dollars when we go but now I will be rethinking if I want the trouble

It's 2pm called to order a sandwich they can't deliver because they don't have a driver. How is that possible? Sole purpose is make sandwich and deliver sandwiches I'll just go elsewhere maybe Fire house Subs
